Baked Macaroni and Cheese (Velvetta Version)

What you’ll need

8 Oz Package of Velvetta Cheese Shreds (Cheddar flavor)

16 ounce box of Elbow Macaroni

32 ounce box Velvetta Cheese

Heavy Whipping Cream

Salted Butter

Salt

Tools You’ll Need 

10×13 Inch deep dish baking pan

Preparation of elbow macaroni

Step 1- Preheat your fire to medium high heat on a large pot filled with warm water.

Step 2- Add your elbow Macaroni and stir. Bring water to a boil and let pasta boil for about 7 minutes. After 5 minutes start tasting your pasta to check to see if it’s done. 

Step 3- After 7 minutes drain the water out of your elbow macaroni and rinse with cold water. Once Finished take strainer, put it on top of your pot and cover with lid. Set aside until it’s ready to be used.

Making the cheese sauce

Preheat fire to medium low heat.

Step 4- In a medium sized pot, add one 16-ounce carton of Heavy whipping cream, 3 tablespoons of butter and a sprinkle of salt and mix. Let cream get hot and butter melted.

Step 5-Add 16 ounces of Velvetta cheese and mix. Stir between 2-minute intervals until cheese has melted. Should take 4 to 5 minutes for the Cheese to melt entirely

Step 6- In a large 10X13 Deep dish Glass or metal pan, Spread salted butter around the entire bottom and sides of the pan. Add All of the Elbow Macaroni into the pan.

Step 7- Take cheese sauce and pour it on top of the elbow macaroni. Take spoon and fold in the cheese sauce into the macaroni.

Step 8. Generously sprinkle Velvetta Cheese Shreds on top of your elbow macaroni.

Step 9 Place Macaroni in a preheated 400-degree Oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Once Done Take Macaroni out of oven.

Serve Hot and enjoy!
