What you’ll need
6 packs assorted flavored Kool Aid (4 packs of the same flavor if you want all of your frozen cups to be one flavor.)
4 quarts Water
Sugar

Tools you’ll need
Twelve 16 ounce plastic cups. You can also use 8 or 10 ounce cups
11 x17 inch baking pan

Preparation

Step 1- In a large pot, add 4 quarts warm or hot water and 3 cups sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves into water. If you want your frozen cups to be all of the same flavor add 3 to 4 packs Kool aid and stir until combined. Set aside.

Step 2- Add 3 1/2 cups sugar water into a medium sized bowl. Add 1 pack of Kool aid. Stir until combined. Once done pour mixture into 2 sixteen ounce cups. Place on to 11 x 17 inch baking pan. Repeat this step until you have all 12 cups filled. (If you have already added the Kool aid from step 1 then proceed to fill all of your 12 cups with the kool aid mixture and place on to 11 x 17 inch baking pan.)

Step 3- Place into freezer overnight 10 or more hours. To serve let frozen cups sit out for 5 minutes before serving. This will allow the frozen cup to be removed and flipped over to the opposite side.
