Step 3- Add 1 1/2 quarts water, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning and 1 teaspoon vinegar into medium sized bowl. Stir all ingredients together.

Step 4- Add cut potatoes into the seasoned vinegar and water solution. This will help clean, season and prevent the potatoes from turning brown. Let sit for 20 minutes to 1 hour.

Step 5- Add your cut potatoes into strainer. Afterwards transfer cut potatoes into a large bowl.

Step 6- Add 2 teaspoons canola oil into the palm of your hand. Rub hands together and coat the oil on to the cut potatoes using your hands. Make sure your hands are clean.

Air Frying the potatoes
Step 7- Place cut potatoes into Air fryer basket. Let air fry for 30 minutes or until potatoes are a light golden brown. Every 10 minutes toss potatoes to ensure even air frying.

Step 8- Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning. Toss fries one last time. Serve right away.

Making the ketchup
Note- You can make the Ketchup ahead of time so everything will be done once the fries are finished air frying.

Step 9- Add 2 ounces (1/4 Cup) Tomato paste, 2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon sugar into a small bowl. Stir all ingredients together with a whisk until combined. Serve with fries.
