Step 8- Add 3 and 1/4 cups bread flour, 2 teaspoons instant yeast, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 2 teaspoons salt into a stand mixer bowl. Stir all ingredients together.
Step 9- Place the stand mixer bowl onto the mixer base. Add 1 and 1/3 cups warm water (Temp of the water should be 115 to 120 degrees F.) 2 tablespoons melted salted butter, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix on a medium low speed or according to your stand mixer’s instructions on mixing doughs for 4 to 5 minutes. Once the mixing process is complete, the dough should be slightly sticky.
Forming and resting the dough
Step 10- Lightly flour the surface of your table. Add the dough on top of the table. Knead the dough for 2 minutes. Form the dough into a ball. Let the dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Pizza pan

Step 13- Carefully lift the dough carefully from the top of table using your hands and transfer the dough onto the pizza pan. Once the dough is transferred onto the pizza pan, lift up the ends of the dough with your hands to allow air to escape from the pizza pan underneath it.
Step 14- Trim off the excess dough using kitchen scissors. Leave 1 or 1 and 1/2 inches of dough hanging from the edge of the pizza pan.
Step 15-Take the dough that’s hanging from the pizza pan and roll it under itself toward the edge of the pizza pan. Take your fingers and make indentation marks 1 inch from the edge of the pizza crust going inward.
