What you’ll need
8-inch round Sicilian sesame seed loaf
1 Jar 16 ounces Olive Salad
Olive oil
Salted butter
4 ounces Ham
4 ounces Salami
4 ounces Mortadella
4 ounces Provolone Cheese
4 ounces Swiss Cheese

Tools you’ll need
Bread knife
11x 17 inch baking pan
Aluminum foil
Pastry brush

Toasting the bread
Step 1- Cut 8 inch round Sicilian sesame seed load in half. Flip both halves over.


Step 2- Add 3 tablespoons melted salted butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil into small bowl. Stir until combined. Brush olive oil and butter mixture on to both halves of bread.

Set oven broiler to high
Step 3- Place bread halves on an 11 x 17 inch baking pan. Place into broiler part of oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until the bread is a light golden brown. Once done remove from oven and let bread cool for 5 minutes.


Step 4- Add the entire jar (16 ounces) of Olive salad, 5 slices of Salami, 5 slices Ham, 6 slices Provolone cheese, 5 slices Mortadella, 5 slices Swiss cheese and 4 slices Salami onto the top portion of the Round Sicilian loaf.


Step 5- Add bottom part of Sicilian loaf on top of Salami and flip sandwich over to opposite side. Wrap entire sandwich with Aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Place into fridge for 1 to 24 hours or in freezer for 30 minutes to an hour.


Step 6- Cut sandwich in half or quarter pieces depending on the amount of people you are serving.
