Preparation of ingredients
Garlic
Step 1- Remove outer skin off of 2 cloves garlic and set aside.

Marinara Sauce
Notes- Mixture will be pretty thick. Taste marinara sauce to see if it’s at your desired taste. If not, you can add more herbs or seasonings.
Step 2- Add 6 ounces tomato paste (No salt added), 1/2 cup water, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano and 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir with whisk until creamy and smooth.

Pizza crust
Note- Once the dough is done mixing, it shouldn’t stick to your hands. If it does, add 2 tablespoons bread or all purpose flour and mix until combined with the dough. Make sure you lift the dough off of the table to prevent sticking and add flour when needed. You can trim off any excessive dough with kitchen scissors

Step 3- Add 3 1/4 cups Bread or All purpose flour, 2 teaspoons Instant yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and 2 teaspoons salt. Stir all ingredients together.

Step 4- Add 1 1/3 cups warm water (100 to 110 degrees F), and 1/4 cup Olive oil or melted salted butter. Mix on a medium speed for 2 minutes or until mixture forms a dough.

Step 5- Lightly flour the surface of your table and add dough on top of table. Knead dough 10 to 15 times and form into a ball. Let dough rest for 20 minutes.

Step 6- Press dough down with your hands and form dough into a flattened circle. Add dough onto rolling pin and proceed to roll dough into a 16 or 17 inch diameter circle.

Step 7-Add 2 teaspoons olive oil on to pizza pan. Spread oil around pan and set aside. Transfer dough on to pizza pan. Shape dough in pizza pan and slightly press the dough down into pan.

Step 8- Take your fingers and make indentations 1 inch from the edge of the pizza dough while going around the pizza dough. This will make the pizza crust.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Step 9- Add Marinara sauce on the pizza dough and spread around as even as possible. Lightly sprinkle grated Parmesan and Romano cheese on top or marinara sauce. Generously sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top of Marinara sauce. Add pepperoni slices on top or Mozzarella cheese. Add any additional cheese if you like.

Step 10- Place into a preheated 450 degree oven on a middle rack for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 11- Add 3 tablespoons melted salted butter and 2 cloves garlic into a small food processor. Blend for 1 minute. Once done take pastry brush and brush garlic butter mixture on to pizza crust.
