Homemade Garlic Bread

What you’ll need

1 loaf French bread

Salted or unsalted butter

3 to 4 cloves garlic

fresh parsley

Tools you’ll need

Small food processor

11×17 inch baking pan

Pastry brush

Preparation of ingredients

***Preheat oven to 425 degrees***

Step 1- Reserve 3 to 4 cloves of garlic with outer skin removed off of them.

Step 2- Chop parsley leaves until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 3- Slice French bread into Eight 1 1/2-inch-thick slices.

Step 4-Add 5 tablespoons melted salted or unsalted butter and 3 to 4 cloves of garlic into food processor. Blend for 30 seconds.

Step 5- Brush garlic butter on top of each individual slice of French bread. You can also add the garlic butter on to the opposite side of each slice of French bread as well.

Step 6- Lightly sprinkle parsley on top of each individual slice of French bread.

Step 7- Place into a preheated 425-degree oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove French bread out of oven.

Step 8- Serve it warm or hot or you can let it come to room temperature. Enjoy!

Storing your french bread

Place French bread into an airtight container or bag. It can last up to a week.
